What is Techno-Weld?

Aluminium is a very difficult metal to weld because of its oxidisation and conductivity characteristics.
Conventional methods of welding Aluminium require a great deal of skill and expensive equipment.
Techno-Weld fusion welds Aluminium and its alloys at 380°C – some 200°C below the melting point of Aluminium very cheaply and very easily

What tools
do I need?

All you need is a heat source suitable to heat the workpiece to 380°C. This can be propane or butane blowtorches, oven or gas ring.

How safe is Techno-Weld to use?

Techno-Weld is entirely safe to use. There are no noxious materials, gases or substances. There is the remotest chance of a zinc oxide fume if used over an extended period (some hours) in a confined space, at temperatures higher than that at which Techno-Weld is used.
Like all brazing and welding processes, protective clothing and eye wear should always be used.
